Shipping Costs

Shipping is free after £40 or we charge a flat rate of £3.00 for all orders within the UK.

We ship everything out with Royal Mail and all orders are dispatched within 48 hours Monday - Friday.

International shipping

For international orders please shop at our Etsy store. Etsy will charge all relevant customs and taxes so that you have no unexpected fees to pay and it prevents your order getting held up at customs.

Please be aware that Fat Hen and Flo are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your product so much you have no reason to return it! However, should there be any reason you need to please follow the instructions below:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you straight away and providing the above criteria are met, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should then receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuers policies.

Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
