How long will my order take?
For UK orders everything is posted using Royal Mail and dispatched within 48 hours Mon-Fri. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to get to you, but contact us at hello@fathenandflo.com if you have any issues with wait times.
International orders will take longer and please bare in mind the ongoing issues with the pandemic and Brexit as we are based in the UK.
How do I put my kit together?
All the instructions are included in your kit and are easy to follow. We also have a video tutorial here.
Where can I get stuffing for my kit?
We can provide you with stuffing and it can be found here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are happy to ship all over the world. International shopping is via our ETSY shop to ensure a quicker delivery and, hopefully, all additional taxes paid upfront so that you have no extra costs to pay when your parcel arrives.
How much is shipping?
For UK customers we charge a flat rate of £2.00 unless your order is over £40, shipping is then free.
Do you take commissions?
Unfortunately we are closed for commissions right now! This could change in the future so contact us for further information.

What is your returns policy?
We hope you never need to return a product! But if you do, you can find all information about returns here.
Are your products compliance tested?
All ready made dolls, plushies and characters are compliance tested and carry the CE certification making them safe for play from birth.
Everything is made by our small team of local people which keeps our carbon footprint as low as possible. We print and create everything in house using water based inks and use local suppliers where possible. This ensures that we create and work within a sustainable, and eco-minded environment whilst also contributing to our local economy.
We are working on becoming 100% plastic free but the few plastic bits we do use for packaging are bio-degradable, everything else is recyclable or reusable. Please let us know if there are ways that you think we can become more sustainable and eco-conscious.
